Vacancy for project entitled- A RNA-seq based case-control study to identify alternatively spliced events in colorectal adenocarcinoma- Bioinformatics and genomics-based study
Post: Scientist -D (Non-Medical)
Duration: 02 years
Qualification:
(i) 1st class Master's degree in relevant subject from a recognized university with 8 years experience. OR
(ii) 2nd class Master's degree with + Ph.D. in relevant subject from a recognized university with 8 years of experience.
Desirable: Patient sample headling, Experience in Genomic wet lab, NGS, and Sangar Sequencing Experience, Experience in Bioinformatics tools for genomic data analysis.
Age limits: 45 years
Salary: As per the ICMR norms
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview.
Note:
1. Ph.D. will be considered as 4 years of experience (irrespective of the duration taken to complete the degree)
2 MD/MS or equivalent will be considered as 3 years of experience.
3 Duration of experience and experience certificates must be clearly mentioned & attached with the CV (Date of start to date of completion must be clearly mentioned in the CV)
