Kolkata City NUHM Society will engage the following personnel as mentioned below for Khidderpore Urban Community Health Centre (U-CHC) on contractual basis.
Post : Pharmacist
No. of Vacancies : 01 UR (only one)
Essential Qualification : 1) The candidate should have minimum qualification two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma)(Allopathic) recognized by the Government of West Bengal pharmacy Council and registered as "A” category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
Weightage will be given for higher Qualification
2) The candidates must have proficiency in Bengali and must have efficiency in computers including MS Office and Internet
Age (as on 01.01.2023) : Not more than 40 Years, (age relaxation will be given for reserved category candidates as per extant Govt. Norms.)
Remuneration : 22,000/-(twenty two thousand only) per month.
Mode of Selection :
Selection will be done on merit, practical examination. Application will be first shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in final qualification (highest basic qualification) as D.Pharma/B.Pharma/M.Pharma. Shortlisted candidates will be called in 1:10 ration that is for one declared post, 10 candidates will be called for practical test. In Computer Test, which will count as practical test candidates have to obtain atleast 50% marks to qualify for the post.
Panel for engagement :
On the basis of marks obtained on basic qualification and computer test a panel will be prepared for engagement as per rule. Selected candidate will be taken from the panel and if vacancy arises following resignation of Pharmacist the panel be utilised for filling up the vacancy of the post.
Scale of scoring - Total 100 marks
D-Pharma : 65 (based on % of marks obtained in the qualifying examination)
B-Pharma : 75 (based on % of marks obtained in the qualifying examination)
M-Pharma : 85 (based on % of marks obtained in the qualifying examination)
Computer Test : 15
The General Information for the Applicants / Candidates may be as follows :
a) Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled.
b) The Essential Qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same dose not entitles the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualifications must be completed on the date of submission of application.
c) Candidates must be submitted photocopies (self attested 1 of documents along with original filled up application form duly signed by candidates as mentioned below.
• Age Proof of Certificate (Madhyamik or equivalent examination certificate)
• All mark sheets pass certificates of the essential academic qualification (D- Pharma/B-Pharma/M-Pharma). Madhyamik, H.S. & Graduation mark-sheets are not required.
• West Bengal Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate
• Computer Course Certificate
• Caste Certificate.
• Photo proof Identity card & proof of Address (Passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar)
d) No rounding off of marks will be granted. Proportionate marking upto 2 decimal points will be considered.
e) The decision of the competent authority regarding the engagement will be final.
f) The Kolkata City NUHM Society reserves the right to change/modify any/all of the above conditions.
