Job Description:
· Line clearance of Production Area before start the batch.
· To produce the product as per written procedure in the BMR.
· Recording of In process checks as per BMR.
· To follow the written procedure mentioned in the BMR.
· Supervision of line manpower.
· To maintain change parts and Sieves / screens with their respective documents as per SOPs.
· To follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
· Checks on yields and reconciliation of quantities
· Evaluation of daily output.
· To ensure the proper status labeling during batch processing.
· Ensure the compliance of Entry & Exit procedures SOPs of Manufacturing area.
· Ensure the use of appropriate PPEs to carryout manufacturing operations in Production floor.
· Ensure Unhygienic & Aseptic behavioral practices in manufacturing areas to ensure quality production.
