Bridging Fellowship Opportunity at BRIC-inStem

The Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine, Bangalore is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. BRIC-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in the field of stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with an emphasis on translation. To develop strengths in focused areas, research at BRIC-inStem is driven through collaborative interdisciplinary teams, addressing questions that are beyond the scope of a single laboratory.

Bridging - Post Doctoral Fellow

Salary : Rs.58,000/-+HRA / Rs.42,000/-+ HRA (Thesis Submitted)

Qualification & Experience : The candidate requires to have submitted a doctoral dissertation. The candidate requires to be familiar with murine genetic models and with models of lung injury- repair.

Job Description : The job will involve setting up assays to probe mechanisms leading to pulmonary fibrosis.

Tenure : Contractual appointment for 11 Eleven months, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the Grant.
