Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following temporary posts purely on a contractual basis at AIIMS, Vijaypur, Jammu for the project titled “Bharat Health Initiative for Sahyog, Hita and Maitri (BHISHM)” funded by MoHFW under Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM)

Qualification: -
Essential :
• B.Pharmacy from a recognized university
• Registered with Pharmacy council with 2 years of experience post qualification OR
• 10+2 with Science stream (PCB) from a recognized Institute
• Approved diploma in pharmacy from an Institute recognized by Pharmacy Council of India.
• Registered with Pharmacy council.
• 3 Yrs experience post essential qualification as Pharmacist.
Desirable :
• Working knowledge of computer applications.

Age Limit : 32 years as on last date of application form

Pay (in Indian Rupees) : Rs. 40,000/-Per Month

Job responsibilities
• Dispense medications as per treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate and updated drug inventory within the BHISHM Cube.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of all pharmacy-related activities, including dispensing and stock movement.
• Assist in the procurement, replenishment, and management of essential drugs and medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, institutional policies, and quality standards.
• Assist in performing laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as per medical requirements.
• Collect, label, and prepare biological samples for testing or analysis.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of specimens, reagents, and medical supplies.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and equipment maintenance
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and basic analysis related to patient care and diagnostics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support effective functioning of the BHISHM Cube.
• Provide support in the maintenance, deployment, operation, and demobilization of BHISHM Cubes, in alignment with institute- specific SOPs
• Any other activities assigned by the competent authority

SELECTION PROCESS
1. Online application form will be available at the Institute’s website aiimsjammu.edu.in under open jobs. Document verification shall also be carried out on the date of interview.
2. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of the information, other documents, and photographs submitted. If the candidate wants to apply for more than one post, a separate online application must be submitted for each post.
3. Mere possession of prescribed qualifications doesn’t entitle a candidate for selection.
4. AIIMS Jammu reserves the right to cancel/modify the recruitment process at any time, at its discretion. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Interviews will be conducted in person at AIIMS, Vijaypur, Jammu.

General Instructions
1. The assignments shall be purely on a contractual basis and co-terminus with the project or for a period of one year, whichever is earlier, unless extended. These appointments shall not confer any right on the candidate to claim regular appointment or permanent absorption in AIIMS Vijaypur Jammu. Continuation or extension of the contractual appointment may be considered based on review of performance and work done under the project.
2. It is the candidates’ responsibility to ascertain and ensure their eligibility as per the prescribed qualification and experience. If any declaration given or information furnished by him/her proves false or if he/she is found to have wilfully suppressed any material or information, he/she will be liable for removal from service and also such other action as the Government may deem necessary. Even after qualifying in the selection process, the candidate may be rendered disqualified at the time of document verification if he/she does not fulfil essential eligibility criteria.
3. No other/ additional allowances other than the consolidated salary mentioned will be admissible. The appointee shall NOT be entitled to any of the benefits available to other employees of AIIMS Jammu appointed on a regular basis.
4. The appointee shall perform the duties assigned to him/her. The competent authority reserves the right to assign any duty as and when required. No extra/additional allowances will be admissible in case of such assignment.
5. The appointee shall be on a whole-time appointment basis for the project concerned and shall not accept any other assignment paid or otherwise, and shall not engage himself/herself in private practice of any kind during the period of the contract.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview and for joining the duties in case of selection.
7. Candidates employed in government job must produce a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer at the time of interview otherwise they may not be permitted to appear in the interview.
8. Leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed as per Institute’s guidelines.
9. If any declaration given or information furnished by him/her is found to be incorrect/ false or if he/she is found to have willfully suppressed any material or information, he/she will be liable for removal from service and also such other action as may be deemed necessary by the Competent Authority.
10. If any candidate is found canvassing for his/her selection, he/she will be disqualified from the selection process.
11. No hostel or any other accommodation shall be provided by the Institute.
12. The final result will be declared on the website of AIIMS Jammu, and the selected candidate will be informed through email. Selected candidates may be required to join within 15 days.
13. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the AIIMS Jammu website (aiimsjammu.edu.in) for updates regarding this recruitment. No separate communication will be sent to the candidates regarding changes in the date and time of the interview/written exam.
