Job Description
Role Summary
Develops theories for understanding, characterizing and organizing natural phenomena into a systematic and meaningful pattern for research into potential new injectable drug products or inventions. May participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications. May coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.

Role Responsibilities
• Contributes to achievement of immediate work group goals and may undertake collaborations with other team members
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet project task deadlines
• Has applied knowledge from significant experience of applying the principles, concepts, and practices of a discipline
• Applies technical skills to projects/ assignments within own work group/ project team
• Follows established procedures to perform assignments, with general instructions on the process and desired outcome

Candidate Profile
• Pharmaceutics graduate [M.Pharm or MS in Pharmaceutics]
• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Preferably 3-6 years injectable dosage form pharmaceutical development
• Preferably good in numerical ability
• Standing to conduct experiments, Observing and online documenting
• Able to work in oncology lab with all necessary PPEs
• Occasionally to work on shifts
• No objection with PPEs while working in oncology lab
