Job Description
• Driving cross-functional collaboration, customer focus and performance driven culture.
• Collaborate with the Zonal Medical Advisors on implementation of the Medical Strategy.
• Responsible for engaging Leading Specialists, handling Medical Affairs projects, managing responses to scientific queries, maintaining compliance to HCBI
• Oversees high scientific quality communication with Leading Specialists, KOLs, and Professional Societies,
• Host formal discussions with HCPs to understand key unmet needs, value drivers, practical treatment patterns, scientific activities within therapeutic area, industry trends
• Oversees response to unsolicited scientific queries of HCPs for products/ indications
• Acts as an internal medical consultant to provide expert medical support to Professional Education, Legal and HCC
• Initiates, develops and executes Medical Affairs projects and interprets Impact Analysis and Feedback reports.
• Develops, plans, finalizes budgets and oversees execution of Medical Education programs and activities.
• Organizes and participates in Advisory Boards in collaboration with other MAF team members
• Responsible for ensuring product and medical knowledge of regional team members within assigned zones(s) is on par and of right quality and providing medical training and scientific support on the job when necessary
• Checks scientific data provided locally to HCPs/ Professional Bodies (IMA, IAP, NNF, IADVL) for compliance to regulations
• Reviews and approves medical, promotional and other informational material for country consumption

Compliance
• MBBS with full time post-graduate qualification of at least 2-years’ duration in any discipline of medicine.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferably with experience in medical affairs function.
• Knowledge of medical therapeutics.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Stakeholder management.
• Medical research methodologies.
