Research Scientist/ Principal Scientist- in vitro Pharmacology.
Qualification: PhD/ Post-doc. Candidates are expected to have necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and skills such as
1) in-depth understanding of one more of the following therapeutic areas- Immuno-Oncology, CNS, and/ or Fibrosis,
2) conceptual understanding, hands-on experience and strong troubleshooting ability in in vitro & ex vivo biochemical/ cell-based assay development and gene expression analysis, screening of small molecules, data analysis and interpretation, data presentation and report submission,
3) experience in managing direct reports,
4) excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (oral and written),
5) flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing project priorities. Candidates with 2-10 years of relevant industry experience in a drug discovery setting and expertise in cutting edge Omics and high-throughput/ high-content screening technologies (HCI, FACS, qPCR, Multiplex, Arrays, etc.) and protein production are preferred.

Research Assistant/ Research Associate/ Research scientist: in vitro Pharmacology. Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech. in Biology. Candidates must have hands-on experience in planning and setting up of variety of in vitro & ex vivo biochemical/ enzyme/ cell-based assays for diverse target classes, data analysis using software tools, and report preparation. Candidates with 2-8 years of relevant industry experience in a drug discovery setting in Oncology, Immunology, CNS, Pain and/ or Fibrosis therapeutic areas and expertise in cutting edge Omics and high-throughput/ high-content screening technologies (HCI, FACS, qPCR, Multiplex, Arrays, etc.) and protein production are preferred.

5) flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes in project priorities.. Candidates with 2-10 years of relevant industry experience in a drug discovery setting are preferred.

Research Assistant/ Research Associate/ Research scientist: in vivo Pharmacology.
Qualification: M.Pharm. (Pharmacology). Candidates must have training as an in vivo pharmacologist with hands-on experience in small animal handling, minor surgery, drug preparation and administration through various routes, identification and isolation of organs, sample collection, and hands-on experience in experimental planning and setting up of diverse animal models, data analysis, and interpretation and report preparation. Candidates with 2-8 years of relevant industry experience in a drug discovery setting and experience in Oncology, Inflammation, CNS, Pain and/or fibrosis therapeutic areas and in vitro assays and cell culture and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
