Job Responsibilities & Required Skills
• Career opportunity for Research Scientist/Sr. Research Scientist in in vivo Pharmacology/Biology at Sai Life Sciences, Pune.
• The successful candidate will be part of the discovery team and be planning and executing in vivo efficacy studies to assess drug action in multiple therapeutic areas.
• The individual will be responsible for literature search, experimental planning, execution, data analysis, interpretation and report submission and supervision of junior associates.

Candidate Profile
• PhD or post-doc with 4-6 years of industry experience in in vivo Pharmacology with managerial experience.
• Sound knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology of diseases, experience in Oncology, CNS and/or fibrosis therapeutic areas is desirable.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience in small animal handling, surgery, drug preparation and administration through various routes, identification and isolation of organs, sample collection, data analysis, etc.
• The candidate must be proficient in statistical data analysis using scientific software such as GraphPad Prism and assay performance parameters.
