The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow to work under a Indian Council of Medical Research Intermediate Grant, Government of India sponsored project (No. 17 IIRPIG-2025-01-01249) titled “Deciphering lung tumor-stroma crosstalk during tumor progression using intersectional genetics, spatial transcriptomics, and patient-derived 3D organoid models and the development of stroma-targeting therapy”, under the supervision of Dr. Manash K. Paul, Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Biology and Toxicology, Manipal School of Life Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, Karnataka, India
Post : Junior Research Fellow
Eligibility : M.Sc. in any field of Life Sciences
• Candidate with Prior experience in mammalian cell culture, RNA-Seq, immunology, animal handling, IF/IHC of tissue are preferred.
• Candidates qualified with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/ICMR-JRF/DBT-BET supported with fellowship are eligible to apply.
Duration of the project : 4 Years
