Qualification : M.Sc. / M.Pharm / Ph.D. (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
Experience : 10-16 Years in Peptide API projects (Analytical)
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Must have Rich experience in complete characterization of peptides in lieu to the current FDA guidance with respect to establishing sameness.
• Expertise in establishing orthogonal approach in understanding the impurities in peptide APIs.
• Impurity Profiling for Peptides APIs comparing LC and HRMS, High molecular weight impurities and charge based peptide impurities.
• Primary structures of peptide, secondary structures / tertiary and High order structures using standard and complementary orthogonal tools. (LC-MS ,CD and NMR).
• Experiences in identifying the appropriate tool like SEC-UV/RI/MALS, Capillary electrophoresis and SV- AUC for characterizing the aggregates.
• Strong knowledge and experience of HPLC method development and purification of Peptide by Prep HPLC/DAC columns.
