11 month contract under National Health Mission (NHM) and Gujarat Urban Health Project (GUHP) in various health programs working under District NCD Cell and Urban Health Program at Zilla Panchayat Office, Darya Mahal Surat Health Branch. 1) Class-12 pass
2) Must have B.Pharm / D.Pharm degree.
3) 2 years work experience in health sector or allied field
4) Gujarat Pharmacy Council registration
5) CCC or equivalent course in Computer.
Maximum Age limit : 45 years
Monthly Fix Honorarium : Rs.13000/-
Recruitment Terms and Conditions
(1) These posts are only on contract basis for 11 months. After 11 months the contractual positions will automatically terminate and the contract will be renewed based on performance. The right to permanent employment cannot be claimed.
(2) Candidate's application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. No physical application in person, post or courier will be accepted.
(3) In the Arogyasathi online portal, first enter PRAVESH > CANDIDATE REGISTRATION and go to PRAVESH > CURRENT OPENING and login and fill the form.
(4) Legible scan copy of all original documents must be uploaded compulsorily.
