Pharmacists Jobs under Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department

Applications are invited from the qualified and eligible candidates with effect from 01-12-2021 to 15-12-2021 (by 05:00 PM) for the recruitment of Paramedical & other Category of Posts sanctioned for the Govt. General Hospital, Nellore on Contract / Outsourcing basis through the District Selection Committee (DSC), SPSR Nellore District.

Educational Qualifications
2Yrs Diploma in Pharmacy / B.Sc., (Pharmacy) or its equivalent and must be registered in A.P. Pharmacy Council with upto date renewal (Candidates with Pharma-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) are not eligible to apply)


AGE : (As per G.O.Ms.No.105 G.A. (Ser-A) Dept, dated 27-09-2021) No person shall be eligible if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age as on 01-07-2021. Candidates should not be born earlier than 02-07-1979 and not later than 01-07-2021.
i) For S.C. S.T & B.Cs 5 (Five years).
ii) For ex-service Men 3 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
iii) For Physically Challenged persons 10 (Ten) years.

RULE OF RESERVATION :
a) There will be reservations to the candidates in respect of Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC), Economically Weaker sections (EWS), Physically Challenged (VH, HH, OH, MI) Women, Ex-servicemen and Meritorious Sports Persons as per Rule 22 (A) of AP State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996.
b) Caste & Community, Community certificate issued by the Competent authority in terms of GO.Ms.No.58 SW(J) Dept. date 12.05.1997 should be submitted appropriate time. As per AP State and Subordinate services Rules, Rule 2(28) Explanation: In so far as claiming for SC reservation is concerned, no person who professes a religion different from Hinduism shall be deemed a member of Scheduled Caste. However, Scheduled caste. BCs, SCs, STs & EWS belonging to other state or not entitled for reservation.
c) There shall be reservation to Women horizontally to an extent of 33 1/3 % in terms of rule 22(A) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules as per G.O.Ms.No.63 GA(Ser-D) Dept. date 17.04.2028.
d) Reservation to BC-E group will be subject to the adjudication of litigation before the Hon’ble Courts including final orders in Civil Appear no; (a) 2628-2637 of 2010 in SLP no.7388-7397 of 2010 dt.25.03.2010 and order from the Government.
e) Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) means the persons who are not covered under existing scheme of reservations for SCs, STs, Socially and Economically Backward Classes and whose gross annual family income is below Rs.8.00 lack or identified as Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) for the benefit of the reservations. The income shall also include income from all sources i.e., Salary, Agriculture, Business, Profession, etc., for the financial year prior to the year of application. The persons seeking the benefit of reservations under EWS category shall obtained the necessary EWS certificates issued by the Tahsildar concerned and produce at an appropriate as per G.O.Ms.No.73 GA(Ser-D) Dept. dt 04.08.2021.


Selection Process & Service Weightage
Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weightage for No.of years since passing qualifying examination : Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification
Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service : Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii) 2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas
Based on Covid-19 duties :
(i) @5 marks per Six months
(ii) @10 marks per one year.
(iii)@15 marks per one year six months

Each applicant must pay application process fees of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) for OC Category and Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) for BC/SC/ST/PH/Ex-Ser. in the Account No: 250301000915 of ICICI Bank, Vedayapalem Branch, Nellore, IFSC Code: ICIC0002503.
Mode of Payment : through on-line/UPI/Bank and UTR/ Receipt/Counterfoil should be enclosed/mention with the application.

The above Contract / Outsourcing appointments are purely on temporary initially for period one year and can be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons.
