Education Qualification:
Bachelors degree Science or Engineering related to IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Pharmacy

Professional Experience & Responsibilities
• Minimum experience of 4-8 years on MES application especially on Siemens Opcenter
• Have hands on experience in Opcenter Designer, Portal Studio & Modelling
• Having good knowledge on MES System functionality and System Administration activities
• Have knowledge on integration with Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 systems like SAP ERP, OSI PI, LIMS etc.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing process – Life science and Health care
• Experience on Microsoft SQL server is an advantage
• Understanding of ISA88 and ISA95 standards
• Knowledge on Computer Systems Validation, SDLC methodologies, 21CFR part 11, and cGMP including GAMP and EU Annex 11
• Have experience on new implementation and upgrade projects from requirement gathering stage to qualification and final delivery
• Responsible for delivery of various ITSM services like Incident Management, problem Management, Change and Release management etc.
• As part of Global Service Delivery team should be able to delivery 2nd level Support by addressing the issues related to MES
• Able to work on shift basis
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team to execute and support projects.
• Having experience on others MES applications like Werum PAS-X 3.1.8 and 3.2 and Aspentech MES Suite V11 and above is an advantage

Should have knowledge on MES PAS-X 3.1.8 application and able to provide 2nd level support addressing day today business issues. Have hands-on experience on system administration activities like user, printer, rights, terminal management, system configuration. Should have knowledge on PAS-X interfaces with other systems. Have brief knowledge on GxP and Computer system validation. Should have expertise on different modules of MES PAS-X and its functionalities and able to work with minimum supervision.
