Educational Qualifications
1) Intermediate(with Science group)
2) Diploma Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy from Government Recognised Institutions.
3) Must be registered in AP Pharmacy Council with upto date renewal.
AGE : The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.12.2021 with the relaxations allowed by the government. The candidates should not have completed 42 years of age as on 01.12.2021.
a) For SC’s / ST’s / BC’/EWS’ Candidates relaxation will be for 05years.
b) For Ex-servicemen 03 years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
c) For Physically challenged Persons 10years. They should submit latest
Disability certificate from Regional Medical Board /Sadarem
RULE OF RESERVATION :
Local: The applicants who studied from 4th to 10th in Visakhapatnam district shall be treated as “Local” for this recruitment, Though certain post are Zonal Post, since recruitment is being done in all districts, Local status is restricted to Visakhapatnam district only.
Selection Process & Service Weightage
PARTICULARS OF WEIGHT AGE FOR 15 MARKS AS SHOWN AT - II.(2)
[Weightage up to the maximum of 15% marks will be to the staff working in any Govt. Institutions, in 104(MMU) in HDS/CDS/Aarogyasri/Trauma care/APSACS and other Government of India Schemes on Contract/Outsourcing basis]
a) 2.5 marks for six months in Tribal Area
b) 2.0 marks for six months in Rural Area
c) 1.0 mark for six months in Urban Area
d) No marks will be given for the service rendered less than six months
e) The candidates who were terminated from contract / outsourcing service on any disciplinary
grounds / adverse remarks will not be considered.
f) service weightage is not allowed if the service rendered by the applicant is different to the
post for which applied for.
Weightage on COVID duties : applicable to the candidates on contract/outsourcing /Honorarium.
a)5 marks per six months.
b)10 marks per one year.
c)15 marks for one year six months.
Note : Service certificates issued by the DMHO/DCHS/Addl.DMHOs in ITDA purview /Medical Superintendent/Principals Teaching Hospitals will be accepted. No weightage is allowed in case of any corrections on the service certificate, the round seal is not visible, or stamped Designation of the officers mentioned above not visible on the certificate.

The application fees should be paid through Demand Draft (DD) in the name of “Hospital Development Society, GGH, Ongole” and submit the Demand Draft (DD) along with the application to this office.

How to apply
Application form along with the instructions should be downloaded and Filled application forms with all relevant enclosures shall be submitted in person or by post to the office of the Superintendent, RCD Hospital, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam 530017, Andhra Pradesh.
Attested copies of the following certificates to be enclosed as shown in the serial orders.
Page number should be mentioned both sides of every sheet attached with application right from the checklist to last page. Total pages attached to the application should be indicated on the 1st page i.e check-list sheet.
1. Passed marks of all subjects of both academic and technical qualifications.
2. Inter vocational candidates should submit intermediate marks and bridge course marks.
3. Provisional pass certificates and Consolidate marks certificates to be submitted.
4. SSC or its equivalent certificate for evidence of Date of birth.
5. Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar Concerned.
6. Study certificates from 4th class to 10th class issued by the concerned school authorities or residence certificate for seven years preceding to SSC in case of private study.
7. Certificate of Registration in AP Nursing and Midwives council for the candidates applying for the post of ANM with upto date renewal & certificate of Registration in Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council / AP Paramedical board / Rehabilitation Council of India with upto date renewal.
8. Physically handicapped certificate (SADAREM only) in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH quota.
9. DD for Rs:300/- (rupees three hundred only) by way of Crossed demand draft, drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of the “CONVENOR, HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY, RCD HOSPITAL, VISAKHAPATNAM” payable at Visakhapatnam.
Instructions to the Candidates
1. The appointments are purely temporary and on contract/outsourcing basis (only for one year) as mentioned above.
2. The candidates should reside at their bonafied headquarters.
3. The candidates should work in RCD Hospital, Visakhapatnam or in any other places according to the need of the Department.
4. If the candidates submit any fake/invalid certificate and found later they will be removed from service without any prior notice and will be filed criminal case against them.
