The Central University of Rajasthan has been established by an Act of Parliament, the Central Universities Act 2009. The University started working temporarily from Jaipur and introduced two PG programmes in 2009-10, namely M.Sc./M.A. Statistics(Actuarial) and M.Sc. Tech Mathematics in collaboration with Malaviya National Institute of Technology(MNIT), Jaipur.
With effect from academic year 2012-13, the University has decided to launch six additional P.G. Programmes. These will be M.Pharm. (Specialization in Pharmaceutical Chemistry), M.A. in Public Policy, Law and Governance, M.A. in Social Work/ M.S.W., M.Com. M.Sc. in Biochemistry and Microbiology.
Applications are invited for the post of Junior/Senior Research Fellow (JRF/SRF)/RA on purely contractual basis to work in the CSIR-sponsored extramural research project {02(0201)/14/EMR-II)} entitled “DESIGN OF FRET ASSAY FOR QUANTITATIVE AND HIGH THROGHPUT SCREENING OF DEUBIQUITINASE INHIBITORS” under the guidance of Dr. Devesh M Sawant, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy, Central University of Rajasthan.

Junior Research Fellow
Essential qualifications: M.Sc./M. Pharm. or equivalent with minimum of 55% marks, NET/GATE qualified
Good knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry
Age limit: 28 years
Consolidated fellowship (including HRA): Rs.13,200/-pm
Senior Research Fellow
Essential qualifications: M.Sc./M. Pharm. or equivalent with minimum of 55% marks, At least 2 years of Post-Masters Research/teaching experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals.
Age limit: 30 years
Consolidated fellowship (including HRA): Rs.15,400/-pm
Research Associate
Essential qualifications: Possessing Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in synthetic organic chemistry)
Age limit: 33 years
Consolidated fellowship (including HRA): Rs.22,000/-pm
Duration: one year in the beginning and may be extended up to two more years based on availability of the funding and performance.
