The St. John's Research Institute (SJRI) is a part of the St John's National Academy of Health Sciences, which is run by the CBCI Society for Medical Education. From its inception, St. John's has set before it an ideal of excellence in academic courses as well as service to society as a result of which it has truly become holistic both in its outlook and in its approach to the problems of community health.  In 2000, the Academy decided that its commitment to excellence in research required the setting up of an Institute that was dedicated to the pursuit of research and capacity development in St. John's. This vision encompassed improvement of health of the community and patients through research and development of a Center for Excellence in medical research in India.

Job Summary
AIM:  Development and implementation of a Technology-driven AMSP (Anti-Microbial Stewardship Program) Steered by Clinicians to Improve Antimicrobial Prescribing, using mixed-method approach.
This is an integrated m-heath AMSP intervention program, we hypothesize that an integrated m-health AMSP intervention in the form of a mobile app plus clinician training and capacity building will promote the rationale prescription of AMA and improve patient outcomes in both public and private settings. This is also an attempt to develop an integrated module using technology, laboratory, and hospital information to engage clinicians in AMSP.
Salary : Rs. 28000/- p.m

Key Responsibilities 
• Conduct laboratory investigations in alignment with Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMSP) study requirements. 
•  Support the implementation of AMSP study activities at the site, including audits of DDD, MRSA, and HAI. 
•  Perform analysis and interpretation of AMSP-related data. · Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft platforms for data management and reporting.
•  Travel to collaborating sites as required (Mostly not needed).
•  Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of study data. 
• Adhere strictly to study protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Assist the Microbiology surveillance related project activities

Eligibility Criteria :
Preferred Qualifications : 1. Master’s in medical allied field such as Pharmacy from a recognized university with three years’ work experience from a recognized institution. 
2. Three years Graduate in relevant subject/field+ three years’ experience or PG in relevant subject/field.
Experience Required : Minimum 1 year of experience working with private or government organization or similar experience. Experienced professionals who have skillsets outlined can also apply. Freshers may be considered if candidate can demonstrate required aptitude and skill requirements are met.
Age Limit : 35 Years
Preferred Language : English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi
