Seeking a highly motivated Clinical Data Associate – Biobank to support projects involving biobank data management, project coordination, and clinical information management. The role involves working closely with, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and timely project execution while maintaining the highest ethical, quality, and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Data Management
• Coordinate with hospitals, and internal teams for collection and management of project-related clinical samples and biobank data.
• Process, aliquot, label, store, and maintain inventory of biospecimens (DNA, RNA, serum, plasma, PBMCs & FFPE).
• Review, validate, and maintain accurate records of clinical and sample-related information in designated databases.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of project data.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and data repositories in accordance with organizational quality standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of project information.
Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and study records.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support internal quality reviews and documentation activities.
• Identify and report data discrepancies or quality concerns to the Line Manager and assist in their timely resolution.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
• M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Clinical Research, M.Pharm, Pharm.D or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers or 0–2 years of relevant experience in biobanking, healthcare, clinical operations, data management, or project coordination.
• Basic understanding of biobanking processes, healthcare documentation, and data management practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, EMR/EHR systems, or other data management platforms will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a multidisciplinary focused environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
