Post : Scientist, Field Officer and Investigator

Scientist D (Medical/Non- Medical) / Senior Research Officer for the Centre for Public Health (Job Code - 1679)
Eligibility :
1.Medical: MBBS/BDS/BVSc after post graduate degree MD/MDS/MVSc/MPH with 4 years of research experience OR Postgraduate Diploma after MBBS with 3 years of research experience; OR Ph.D. in Community Medicine, Preventive & Social Medicine, Paediatrics, Medicine, Tropical Medicine, Community Health Administration, Health Administration, Family Medicine, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field with 3 years of experience.
2.Non-Medical: Post Graduate Degree including the integrated PG Degree in Pharmacology, public health, Biostatistics/statistics, Biotechnology or related disciplines with 4 years post experience OR PhD with 2 years post qualification experience
3.Senior Research Officer: Master’s degree/Pharm D in Science/relevant subject with 5 years of experience
Desirable :
• PhD in relevant discipline with published work in HTA, Economic Modelling, SLRs
• Knowledge of Computer Applications and Data Management.
Key Responsibilities :
• Support and execute ongoing and new DHR programmes and provide leadership in HTA research projects.
• Lead scientific and technical implementation of HTA (Clinical & Cost Effectiveness Analysis) projects and coordinate HTAIn activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Process proposals, MoUs, TAC submissions, and project-monitoring activities.
• Liaise with DHR, ICMR, Government Ministries, NHSRC, DGHS, and international partners.
• Organize workshops, seminars, TAC meetings, Board meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
• Draft reports and official documents; conduct literature reviews; assist in data management and analysis; monitor interviewer compliance; and support project documents and training/workshops.
• Perform any other duties assigned by DHR/RRC

Field Officer for the Centre for Public Health (Job Code - 1684)
Eligibility : Graduate in Science/relevant subject with related field experience from a recognized institution; OR Master's degree in the relevant subject; OR Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
Responsibilities :
• Coordinate and support field activities under the project.
• Perform interviews and field data collection as per the approved study protocol.
• Coordinate with partner institutes and project staff for smooth implementation of field activities.
• Assist in monitoring field activities and maintaining study documentation.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Principal Investigator/Project Coordinator.

Scientist C (Medical/Non-Medical/Research Officer) for the Centre for Public Health (Job Code - 1680)
Eligibility :
1. Medical: MBBS/BDS/BVSc after post graduate degree MD/MDS/MVSc/MPH with 1-2 years of research experience
2. Non-Medical: Post Graduate Degree including the integrated PG Degree in Pharmacology, Public health or allied health related disciplines with 1-2 years post experience OR PhD with relevant post qualification experience
3. Senior Research Officer: Master’s degree/Pharm D in Science/relevant subject with 3 years of experience
Desirable : Prior experience in Health Technology Assessments, evidence synthesis and the use of relevant software’s
Key Responsibilities :
• Contribute to the technical and organizational planning of HTA projects.
• Undertake HTA studies approved under the concerned institute.
• Contribute to writing, editing, and publication of HTA reports and journal articles.
• Take advocacy initiatives to publicize HTA project work through media and other dissemination channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of HTAIn Secretariat and Technical Appraisal Committee/Board proceedings.
• Adhere to DHR policies and procedures and perform duties assigned by the Project Heads.
• Any other work assigned by DHR/RRC

Field Investigator for the Centre for Public Health (Job Code - 1683)
Eligibility : Graduate in Science/relevant subject with 2 years of work experience from a recognized institution; OR Master's degree in the relevant subject; OR Pharm.D from a recognized institution
Responsibilities :
• Collect data in accordance with the approved research topic/study protocol. Support with interviews and coordination between patients, community and investigators.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of collected data.
• Coordinate with the Field Officer and project team during field activities.
• Perform any other field-related duties assigned under the project.
