Qualification :
a) Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (HSC) in Science stream of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
b) Passed B.Pharm degree from a statutory university.
c) Registration Certificate of Maharashtra Pharmacy Council Valid registration certificate as per Maharashtra Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948) is required.
d) At least 02 years of experience in the relevant subject is required.
e) Knowledge of Marathi language is required.

General Instructions and Terms and Conditions
1. The number of posts and reservations mentioned above is likely to increase, decrease or change.
2. Before submitting an online application for a post in the above-mentioned category, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility conditions for the post for which they are applying and are eligible for the said post.
3. To apply online, the candidate must have a valid e-mail ID and mobile number that is in regular use. Since the recruitment process, examination and other information will be provided online from time to time, the said e-mail ID must remain valid throughout the entire recruitment process.
4. The application should be submitted only after carefully reviewing all the instructions given in the advertisement/notification of the relevant post/examination. The eligibility will be accepted only on the basis of the information given in the application and the selection process will be completed on the basis of it.
5. Since all highly qualified candidates (including Backward Class candidates) are considered for unreserved (open) posts, it is mandatory for all candidates to accurately mention their caste category in the application, even if the post is not reserved/available for their category.
6. Candidates who have submitted the application will be allowed to appear for the examination on the basis of preliminary scrutiny. Therefore, even if the candidate passes the examination, he will not be eligible for selection unless he has the necessary educational and other qualifications and submits the necessary documents. Candidates will not be entitled to selection just by passing the examination. Therefore, candidates should apply after studying the eligibility conditions.
7. If there is any change in their name (name before marriage and name after marriage), it will be mandatory for female candidates to submit the necessary documents such as marriage registration certificate, gazette notification.
8. For correspondence, write your own address in English. The address of any guidance center/institution of a vocational guidance center, self-study guidance center/class or any similar nature should not be given for correspondence.
9. If any documents are found suspicious during the verification of the information provided in the application and the original documents or if there is any discrepancy between the information provided in the submitted documents and the information in the original application, the information filled in the application will be considered false. As required, the original educational. Other documents will be verified with the concerned educational university/institution. Also, if the candidate is unable to submit documentary evidence regarding the information in the application, the candidate's selection will be cancelled.
10. It is necessary to clearly/unquestionably claim in the application regarding age, educational qualification, backward class/creamy layer certificate, disabled, female, ex-serviceman, orphan, project affected, earthquake affected, part-time employee, sportsperson, experience qualification and the disabled candidate for whom help is to be taken, etc. If the claim is not clearly claimed in the relevant column of the application, the relevant claim will not be considered. No changes can be made in it after the candidate submits the application.
11. Candidates whose names have already been registered with the Employment and Self-Employment Guidance Center, Employment Office/Social Welfare/Tribal Development Project Officer/District Sainik Board/Disabled Welfare Office etc., will also be required to apply online separately. Similarly, candidates coming under project-affected, part-time etc. parallel reservation will be required to submit their applications online separately.
12. It is necessary to possess the relevant educational qualification/experience as on the last date prescribed for submission of applications as per the advertisement.
13. The period of experience will be calculated as on the last date prescribed for submission of applications as per the advertisement.
14. The registration and application process must be done by the candidate himself.
15. Although the application form is made available in Hindi and English, for computer processing, the application form must be filled in English. The full name and complete address should be mentioned without abbreviations or initials. One space should be left between the two parts of the name/address.
16. The application should be filled as per the name on the S.S.C. or similar certificates. If the name has changed subsequently or there has been any change in the name on the certificate, the prescribed certificate/document regarding the change should be submitted at the time of verification.
17. The candidate should be a citizen of India and should produce a certificate from the competent authority (from the office of the Tehsildar) stating that he has been domiciled in Maharashtra for 15 years or a birth certificate in case of birth in Maharashtra along with the application. The term "ordinary resident" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it under Section 20 of the Representation of the People of India Act, 1950.
18. In addition to the educational qualifications, candidates applying for the posts of Administrative Services, Accounts Services, Education Services and Audit Services in Group C shall be required to submit an additional qualification (Government of Maharashtra Information Technology (G.P.V.) Department Decision No. Matans 2012/P.Kr.277/39, dated 04th February, 2013 and Government Supplementary Letter of the same number dated 08th January, 2018) and certificate in this regard, as may be determined by the Government from time to time for appointment, including knowledge of computer handling/use (certificate of passing any one of the examinations at the authorized MS-CIT from Maharashtra State Board of Higher and Technical Education, Mumbai or CCC or O/A/B/C level from DOEEACC Society, etc.).
19. After final selection for the above post, the candidate will be medically examined by the District Surgeon, Thane and a certificate of medical fitness will have to be submitted in it.
20. The candidate must have knowledge of Marathi, he must be able to write, read and speak Marathi.
21. If the ex-serviceman candidate has applied for the prescribed post with the State Government or an office under the control of the State Government, the provisions of Government Decision, General Administration Department, No. Sankirna-2014/(Pr.No.364/14)/28, dated 03 June, 2016 will remain applicable.
22. After the selection process has started, after the candidate has been selected or after the appointment, if at any time it is found that the candidate has submitted false information or documents in the application and during the examination or has concealed the true nature, the candidature, selection, appointment of that candidate will be cancelled at any stage. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
23. There will be a probationary period of two years from the original date of appointment for the candidates appointed to the above posts. Also, if the work of such candidates during the probationary period is not satisfactory, the probationary period may be extended for six months as an exceptional matter and by mentioning the reasons therefor. Even after that, if the work is not satisfactory during this extended period, the service of the said employee/officer will be terminated.
24. All rights regarding the recruitment process belong to the appointing authority and the appointing authority reserves the right to suspend or cancel the recruitment at any stage.
25. As the candidates are advised to check the website http://www.mbmc.gov.in for updates from time to time till the recruitment process is completed, as the information and instructions regarding this recruitment process will be published on the Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation website.
26. No travel expenses will be payable by the candidates appearing for the examination.
