Applications are invited from interested candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a time bound research project for temporary period, purely on contractual basis as per the following details.

Project Title : A study on the chemical profiling and biological activities of the Siddha formulations ………… and their Green nano synthesis
Department : Department of Botany, Siddha Medicinal Plants Garden (CCRS, Ministry of Ayush, Govt., of India), Mettur Dam, Salem District – 636 401, Tamil Nadu
Project Tenure : 3 years (36 months)

Job Description : Research related tasks for the above-mentioned project title and publication in Indexed journals.

Essential Qualification : M.Sc., or equivalent degree in Life Sciences with minimum 55% of marks with one year research experience in Green Nanoparticle synthesis and passing of NET/GATE test

Desirable Qualification : Knowledge on basic laboratory/characterization techniques is required.

Age Limit : 28Yrs. Age relaxation The upper age limit is relax-able up-to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled Castes/Tribes/OBC, Women and Physically handicapped candidates.

Fellowship : Rs. 37,000/-p.m. as per CSIR -HRDG norms.
