Key Requirements :
• 2-5 years of experience in international business development or sales, preferably in the Asian market for Finish formulation.
• Experience in expanding into new international Asian markets.
• Having knowledge of business practices in Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia
• Experience in managing channel partners, agents, or distributors.
Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Asia region (including major countries like Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia).
• Build strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, or direct clients.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide market entry and expansion strategies.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets as per company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to align objectives.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and commercial agreements.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events.
• Monitor and report on market trends, customer insights, and regulatory environments.
