Applications are invited for filling the post Program Adviser for the research project Learning initiative for Vitamin A and D fortification programming”.
Project : Learning initiative for Vitamin A and D fortification programming.
Duration : 6 Months
Qualification and skill Essential :
• Master’s degree in management with marketing specialization with experience in public health research and background in Food science. Nutrition, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Experience : • 25+ years working experience in food related fields in market research and analysis/ food quality/ Regulation/ safety compliance Experience in managing teams and knowledge of food fortification
Job Summary : The Program Adviser will assist in executing all project activities. He/ She will liaise with study team members to ensure all project activities are being implemented properly.
Key Responsibilities : • Prepare and review protocol for Market Level and food Assessments
• Identify recruit and train field staff for primary data collection and field work
• Supervise and ensure the field work is completed as per protocol.
• Support in capacity building of labs and coordinate for food analysis
• Support PGI Team in dietary assessments
Terms and Conditions
1. The post is purely temporary. Employment will automatically terminate upon completion/termination of project and there is no liability for permanent employment on PGIMER Chandigarh or Principal Investigator or funding agency.
