The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who considered the institutions of scientific knowledge as temples of learning and the places of pilgrimage. The institute started in 1962 and Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru inaugurated the hospital now named “Nehru Hospital” on 7th July 1963. The Institute was originally under the Government of undivided Punjab.
Post : Junior Demonstrator
Applications are invited for One Post of Junior Demonstrator (Radiopharmacy) purely on ad- hoc basis in the Department of Nuclear Medicine, PGIMER. Chandigarh for a period upto 31-12-2019. The qualification for this post is as under.
Qualification:
Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Nuclear Medicine / Pharmaceuticals Sciences / Chemistry from a recognised University.
Age limit : 37 years (reaxable by 5 dears for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidate)
Interested candidates may submit their applications along with bio-data and requisite testimonials upto 11.00 on 31.08.2019 and interview will be held at 12.00 noon on the of same date in the office undersigned. No separate interview letter will be sent and no TA/DA will be admissible.
