Job Description
This is a non-supervisory position in USP Education Hyderabad Training Institute, responsible for demonstrating the Analytical techniques to the training participants under USP Education Hyderabad training program.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate the hands on experiments to the training participants as per the designed Lab scripts.
• Demonstrate the Wet analytical testing process as well as basic Instrumental operations like KF, FT -IR, UV, HPLC etc.
• Assist with laboratory arrangements for the practical classes conducted during the training courses.
• Upkeep and maintenance of instruments/equipment’s and chemicals required for training course work
• Liaise with USP personnel to coordinate the practical classes conducted in various laboratories
• Assist trainees/students to complete their tasks during the practical classes
• Coordinate with the Equipment Vendors to complete the IQ/OQ/PQ and calibration of the equipment’s as per the schedule(s).
• Ensuring that the Lab supplies and consumables are available for the Lab Demonstrations.
• Ensuring that the Lab environment is maintained as per GLP and safety procedures
• Assisting the Course faculty during theory/practical assessments in terms of providing support for the arrangement and execution of the assessments.
• Taking up any other additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor on a proactive basis.

Candidate Profile
• B.Sc/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or analytical chemistry or relevant field with 3-4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Proficient with pharmaceutical testing requirements and test protocols involving compendial methods
• Expert in Wet analysis techniques and basis instrumental operations like KF, IR, UV, HPLC etc.
• Knowledge in Maintenance and troubleshooting of basic equipment’s,
• Exposure to analytical development/Validation would be an added advantage.
• Capable of preparing lab reagents and organize chemicals according to analytical procedures.
• Fluency in speaking English and other vernacular languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a high volume pharmaceutical manufacturing QC laboratory/Analytical R&D Lab or contract pharmaceutical analytical laboratory testing organization is a plus.
