Job description
The Asst Manager is responsible for the following:
Overall operations of the Pharmacy
To provide a error free drug therapy to patients by ensuring no errors during the process of dispensing by ensuring a hassle free environment for staff
Quality Improvement planning Implement value added services like Help counters coordinating the Clinical audit team
Ensure availability of medicines as per the requirements.
Keep the management informed of any customer complaints / feedback received.
Analyzing the customer feedback form
Assign the duties and responsibilities for all the staff conducting interactive meetings for all staff.
Coordinating with Training department
Random check of Emergency carts, Floor stock reports.
Coordinating Drug Recall

Education/Experience: B.Pharm or D.Pharm with 12 to 15 years experience in a Hospital/Retail pharmacy
