The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who considered the institutions of scientific knowledge as temples of learning and the places of pilgrimage. The institute started in 1962 and Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru inaugurated the hospital now named “Nehru Hospital” on 7th July 1963.
Post : Site Coordinator
Applications are invited on contract basis for the post of Site Coordinator' in the Department of Nephrology under the project entitled "A PHASE 2 MULTICENTER, MULTINATIONAL, RANDOMIZED, DOUBLE-BLIND, PLACEBO-CONTROLLED STUDY TO ASSESS THE SAFETY, EFFICACY AND PHARMACOKINETICS OF MULTIPLE DOSE LEVELS OF ESK-001 IN ADULT PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS"
Salary : Rs 25,000 per month (fixed)
Minimum Qualifications : MSc (Clinical Research, and age less than 30 years.
Desired Experience : Candidates with experience of working as Clinical Research Coordinator in a Clinical Trial will be given preference
