Job Description
• Developing & conducting bioassays on cell line models
• Creating study plans & project proposals
• Method development & validation
• Preparing documentation and technical reports
• Standardizing laboratory processes and maintaining equipment
• Routine sample analysis and data review
Candidate Profile
• M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering
• Minimum experience in cell culture-based bioassays
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
• Proactive & initiative-driven
• Creative analytical & problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
• Self-starter managing multiple projects
• Excellent time management & teamwork
