Qualification : M.Sc./M. Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry PhD / Post Doctorate in relevant field
Experience : 10-15 years in CRO industry
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
• Drive molecule design through strong SAR insights, integrating biology, ADME/DMPK, and computational methods to accelerate lead optimization.
• Lead complex medicinal chemistry projects independently, including route design, multi- step synthesis, troubleshooting, and impurity management.
• Apply analytical interpretation (NMR, LC-MS, HPLC) for structure confirmation and decision¬making
• Translate cross-functional data and collaborate with biology, DMPK, and CADD teams
• Contribute to client interactions, technical reports, patents, and continuous lab improvements
