Career Progression:
The qualified students from campus will be inducted as "Intern" in our Macleods Centre of Excellence (COE), Baddi, Indore, Sarigam & Sikkim for 3 months. Stipend will be paid during this training. On successful completion of Internship program, student will be offered with a Job in one of our manufacturing unit based on suitable openings. A 3-years service agreement will apply upon final placement at our manufacturing units. They will have 9 months of Training period, 3 months of probation, post which they will be confirmed on the basis of their performance.
