Minimum prescribed educational Qualifications : Master/Integrated Masters in Natural or Agricultural or Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University OR Any equivalent qualifications duly recognized by the concerned authority as per the functional requirement
Desirable Qualification/ experience, if any : Preference will be given to candidates with at least three months experience in designing brochures, flyers, developing digital science based activities, coordinating and organising workshops and administration work of the division that involved purchase, using GEM portal, follow up with admin and coordinating with students
Age Limit* : 35
Job requirement : Candidate will have to maintain and develop web based applications using Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Design and implement database solutions utilizing SQL and MongoDB Compass for efficient data storage and retrieval. Update the website regularly with the latest data. Collaborate with designers and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces and optimize user experience. Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high performance and reliability. Implement security best practices to protect web applications from vulnerabilities. Assist in deploying web applications on web servers and ensure smooth operation in production environments. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance development skills.
Consolidated emoluments per month : ((i) 31,000/- + HRA those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET incl. lectureship/ assistant professorship or GATE OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by central Government Departments like DBT/ DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/ Institutions.
(ii) 25,000 + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/women, and 3 year for OBC candidates.

Desirable Qualification/ experience, if any : Well versed in English with knowledge of Canva and MS Office. Should be able to draft emails and coordinate with the other departments. Working experience of at least three months will be preferable and may be considered as criteria to shortlist candidates.
Age Limit* : 35
Job requirement : The candidate will have to assist in developing reports, drafting emails, coordinating visits and following up with the assigned task by the division. Well versed in English with knowledge of Canva and MS Office. Should be able to organize meetings and conferences. In addition, provide administrative assistance.

The engagement will be coterminous with the tenure of sponsored project subject to satisfactory performance or conduct of the appointee, as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis and shall not be CSIR/NCL appointment, temporary or otherwise and shall not entitle the appointee to any right/claim whatsoever, implicit or explicit, for his/her consideration against any CSIR-NCL post/fellowship.

The prescribed educational qualifications are a bare minimum and merely possessing of same will not entitle candidates to be called for interview. Where number of applications received in response to this Notice of engagement is large, it may not be convenient or possible to interview all the candidates. Based on the recommendation of the Screening Committee, the Project Leader may restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to reasonable limits after taking into consideration qualifications and experience over and above the minimum qualifications prescribed in the Notice. Therefore, it will be in the interest of the candidates, to mention all the qualifications and experience in the relevant field on date of advertise.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear before the Selection Committee for an online interview. Interview will be conducted on 30/04/2026 from 11:00 AM online through a suitable medium such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx etc.

No interview call letter will be issued separately.
