ANRF research project for Pharma candidates at AIIMS

Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the following post under ANRF-funded Project (code No. ANRF-89) entitled "In-House development and field validation of 3D-printed Open Flexure Microscope as a point-of-care cytology tool for oral Cancer and Oral potentially Malignant Disorders Screening in Low-Resource Setting” under Dr. Varun Surya, Dept of Oral Pathology, AIIMS, New Delhi.

Emolument : Rs.57,000+ HRA (Rs. 70,680/month)

Qualification : Essential Qualification : Four years Bachelor's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / Master's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / BVSc / BPharm or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent and Four years' experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services OR Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent and Two year's experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services OR Doctoral Degree in Science / Engineering / Technology / Pharma / MD / Master of Surgery from a recognized University or equivalent

Desirable : • PhD in Computational Biology / Biomedical Engineering / Bioengineering / Medicine
• Demonstrable 3D-printing & CAD experience (FDM/SLA)
• Practical cytology experience (smear preparation, staining, sample QC)
• AI/ML framework experience (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Willingness for field work, clinical sample collection, and multidisciplinary collaboration
