Applications are being invited from interested candidates for the recruitment of various contractual vacancies under the National Urban Health Mission. Candidates should submit their applications at the place mentioned in this application.

Qualification : 12 (Science) + D.Pharm Council Registration Certificate will be required. (This ST post is being filled from ST category as per the current point list but if there is any change in the category in future, the appointment to this post will be cancelled)
Salary : Rs. 17,000/-
Terms and Conditions:-
1) The said appointment is purely contractual in nature and will remain till 29th June 2025. If the post is approved for the said program in the next financial year, the selected candidate will be appointed for 11 months and 29 days. Also, if the post is approved for the project under the National Health Mission for the next year, the concerned contractual employee will be reappointed for the next period based on the annual evaluation.
2) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the concerned post and no criminal case should be registered against the applicant.
3) The selection process for all the posts in the above table will be based on the number of applications received and the eligible candidates will be selected on merit by adopting the method of five for one post. Also, the list of eligible and ineligible candidates and other information will be made available on the website zpyavatmal.gov.in and the entire responsibility of viewing this information will remain with the concerned candidate, no objection will be considered in this regard. No one should contact the office directly.
4) The selection process for all the posts in the above table will be based on the number of applications received and the eligible candidates will be selected on merit by adopting the method of five for one post. Also, the list of eligible and ineligible candidates and other information will be made available on the website zpyavatmal.gov.in from time to time.
5) Before confirming the candidates who have been given appointment orders as per both the above methods, all the necessary original certificates, educational qualification certificates and other necessary documents will be verified at the taluka level.
6) The applicant should apply on A4 size blank paper and should include the following details
6.1 The application should include his/her name in bold letters, name of the post, permanent residential address, telephone and mobile phone number, date of birth, all details of educational qualification, name of the course, name of the institution/university, year passed, percentage of marks, work experience, name of the government/semi-government institution/hospital worked, name of the post in which he/she worked, duration, responsibility of the post and remuneration/country and all other information.
(Related instructions: While coming for the interview for the post of Medical Offcer Full Time and Part Time & Polyclinic Specialist - NUHM Yavatmal, Wani, Pusad, the original documents and photocopies of the documents mentioned in the advertisement should be brought along.)
6.2 The S.S.C. H.S.C. Marksheet and Certificate, School Certificate, Degree Marksheet (for all years) and Certificate, Post Graduate Degree Marksheet, Caste Certificate/Caste Medical Certificate, 1 Passport Size Photo should be attached with the application.
6.3 Candidates should submit all the copies of the application along with the self-attested copies to the Taluka Health Officer, Office, Yavatmal in the name of Hon. Chairman, Selection Committee and Chief Executive Officer, ZP Yavatmal.
6.4 Candidates will have to apply separately for different posts.
7) Experience of working in a government/semi-government organization will be considered. Also, a certified copy of the experience certificate will be required to be attached with the application. Also, experience will be required in relation to the subject of the post.
8) On the day of advertisement, the maximum age limit for the said post will be 38 years for the open category and 43 years for the backward class category, and the service termination limit for this post should be 60 years. Also, since candidates for the posts of MBBS, Specialist, and Super Specialist are not available, the maximum age limit for entry into service for the said post should be 61 years and the service termination limit should be 70 years. For recruitment to posts related to patient care (e.g. Nurse, Superintendent, Technician, Counselor, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer posts, the maximum age limit will be 59 years and the retirement age will be 65 years.) Also, for employees working under the National Health Mission, the age limit will be relaxed by 5 years.
9) Affidavit Form A Small Family Certificate must be attached.
10) As per the notification dated 27th February 2021 of the Public Health Department, Govt. Hospital, Complex Mantralaya Mumbai and as per the letter received from the Hon'ble Commissioner and Director of Engineering, R.A.A. Mumbai, the ratio of female and male staff nurses should be 90:10 respectively.
11) Honorarium to retired candidates shall be paid as per Government Decision No. Miscellaneous 2715/P.Kr./100/13 dated 17/12/2016.
12) No departmental inquiry proceedings should be pending or proposed against the retired officer/employee or there should be no criminal case in any way.
13) There may be changes in the number of vacant posts and honorarium as well as the place of posting.
14) Since the said posts are to be filled on contract basis, no other allowance other than the combined honorarium will be applicable. Daily and travelling allowance and any other allowance will not be paid by the office to the candidate coming for the relevant process.
15) If the required reserved category candidates are not available in sufficient quantity in the mentioned advertisement, keeping in mind the need to fill the vacant posts and considering the fact that the National Health Mission is a mission to implement within the time limit, temporary contractual appointment will be given to the eligible candidates selected in the open category in the waiting list for a period of 11 months. Also, after receiving the candidates as per the reservation, the appointment of the candidate selected in the open category will be cancelled.
16) If such a candidate is working in more than one place, he should not apply. It should be noted that if such a matter comes to the notice of the office after the selection, the appointment will be cancelled immediately.
17) Contractual officers / employees are admissible on leave as per the provisions of the National Rural Mission Rules.
18) All certificates in your possession must be valid before the last date of the advertisement after the advertisement is published.
19) If the posts are approved in the implementation plan for the year 2024-25, a contractual appointment order will be issued.
20) The right to postpone / cancel the recruitment process / change the recruitment process is reserved at the level of Hon. Chief Executive Officer Z.P. Yavatmal. No claim can be made regarding this.
21) It is mandatory to attach the registration certificate obtained from the relevant council for the above-mentioned posts and valid during the application period.
22) For candidates belonging to the backward class category and for candidates belonging to the open category, a demand draft (DD) of any nationalized bank of Rs. 100/- should be attached in the name of TALUKA HEALTH OFFICER, YAVATMAL.
23) The entire selection process will be conducted in a transparent manner based on merit.
