Job Description :
• Theralndx is a rapidly growing Preclinical CRO. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preclinical Scientist to join our team. The Preclinical Scientist will be responsible for designing and executing preclinical studies to support the Preclinical services.
Responsibilities :
• Design and conduct in vivo studies to evaluate safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of drug candidates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop preclinical study protocols and ensure alignment with overall development strategy
• Analyze and interpret data, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for preclinical studies
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality systems
Candidate Profile
• Bachelors / Masters in life sciences,
• At least 1-3 years of experience in preclinical research in a CRO or biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting
• Strong expertise in in vivo pharmacology, including experience with handling of animal and hands-on experience in handling of animals (Mice, Rat, Rabbit) with drug administration (IV, IP, PO, etc.)
• experience with data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism) will be additional
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
