The upcoming molecules enable significant therapeutic benefits to patients and will offer Pfizer's innovation for Atopic Dermatitis Patients as an alternative to Topical Steroids and Calcineurin Inhibitors.

As a Country Brand manager, you will lead the launch of our pipeline assets and be responsible for designing and driving the brand strategy in Dermatology. The opportunity also offers avenues to build strategic partnerships to maximize access to patients who will benefit from this asset.
Given the transformative nature of the Portfolio, the person will lead the marketing of the Dermatology products and be a key member in planning the launch of upcoming pipeline in the dermatology space.
Work Location : Mumbai
Skills Set and Qualification :
• MBA - degree required
• 4-8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in marketing, strategy, new product launch, business development in pharmaceutical companies
• Prior launch experience a plus, Dermatology segment experience is a must
• The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and support the team through key strategic decisions for Pfizer's Inflammation and Immunology Portfolio as well as be able to understand the operational complexities required to execute against Global and Local Launch Readiness for a breakthrough medicines.
• He/ she must be mature, self-driven, have exceptional learning agility and a high degree of comfort with ambiguity
• Strategic cross functional leadership experience including in market experience and above country/regional scope.
