Career for Ph.D, M.Pharm, M.Sc to work in DST/ SERB sponsored project

Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) is an autonomous institution that was established in 1989 by the Department of Science and Technology, GoI to commemorate the birth centenary year of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Bharat Ratna Prof. C. N. R. Rao, FRS, was the founding President. The Centre was registered as a society with Dr. Raja Ramanna (eminent physicist and Former Chairman, DAE) as its first Chairman. The Centre was recognized as an Institution Deemed to be University by University Grants Commission, GoI in the year 2002. Prof. Giridhar U. Kulkarni is the current President of the Centre with the Governing Council being chaired by Prof. Goverdhan Mehta, FRS.

Applications are invited for temporary position of Research Associate sanctioned in the DST/ SERB sponsored, project titled “Soft’ Coordination Polymer Gels (CPGs) as Visible Light Photocatalyst for Hydrogen Production and Carbon dioxide Reduction” under the Principal Investigator Prof.Tapas Kumar Maji, CPMU Unit, JNCASR, Jakkur, Bengaluru, 560064

Research Associate
Remuneration : Rs.47, 000/-, Rs.49, 000/- and Rs.54, 000/- plus 24% HRA). Remuneration will be fixed based on experience
Essential Qualification : Ph.D or equivalent degree OR three years of research, teaching, design and development after MVSc / M.Pharm / M.E/M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.
Desirable Qualification : If Thesis submitted, Provisional certificate is required/PhD Degree holder.
Age Limit : 35 years
