Job Description
• Accountable for effective management and delivery of assigned simple or complex projects in each global region.
• To ensure that the core and extended team are executing programs in line with the approved business plan.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams by defining clear, realistic goals and strategies.
• Represent and champion the project at review meetings, US Principle meetings and Senior Management meetings.
• Cross-functional experience in different areas such as Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Operations, Medical, Commercial, Clinical or Regulatory is preferred but not required.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining project budgets and providing project updates and information to support the financial reporting cycles.
• Facilitate action items to completion. Identifies and resolve project issues (If required elevate to higher management)
• Should have experience with product development processes.
• The PM must be able to lead, champion, analyze and defend their assigned projects.  In addition to the normal project planning techniques, the incumbent must be capable of risk assessment, problem solving and decision making.
• To identify issues, presenting issues, recommendations.
• To assist in developing project or business strategies.
• Lead project governance: co-ordinate, schedule and facilitate project governance at site level and with Senior Leadership team. Single point contact  and accountable for global governance for India projects.
