Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or degree of Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm.D. obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956

Project work involve computer aided modelling of previously unmodelled proteins, prediction of impact of mutations on protein conformation, flexibility and stability using accelerated molecular dynamic simulations, Time-lagged independent component analysis, and in-silico docking. It also aimed to the development of potential small molecule data base for comprehensive drug discovery.

Ph.D, MD, MS, MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc, M.Pharm, ME, M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed SCI journal.

As per the Government decision dated 25th April 2016 of the General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, the age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than the maximum age limit as on the last date of acceptance of applications. 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category Relaxation of up to 5 years will be given to the candidates working in the service of the National Health Mission. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit and no criminal case should be registered against the applicant.

D.Pharm, B.Pharm. For stipendiary trainees posted in MCC - PGIOSR will be one year Initially and can be extended for a maximum period of 3 years of 179 days with a break, subject to satisfactory performance.

Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering with three years post qualification experience or PhD

4 years research experience post MSc. Hands on Experience with quantitative, high resolution confocal imaging - Hands on Expertise with gene knock out and CRISPR, CAS9 based gene editing in S. cerevisiae.
