The State Key Laboratory for Emerging Infectious Diseases at the University of Hong Kong and the InnoHK Centre for Virology, Vaccinology and Therapeutics have pioneered an influenza virus vector-based nasal spray vaccine platform and developed a nasal spray H5N1 avian influenza vaccine.

Two undergraduate medicine students at University of Galway have led a major study examining how cardioprotective glucose-lowering therapies - medications that lower blood sugar and reduce the risk of heart disease in people with diabetes - affect the risk of developing dementia.

The Karnataka state government has terminated the Karnataka State Pharmacy Council (KSPC) and entrusted an administrator with its responsibilities. The decision was taken after several complaints and a detailed government inquiry exposed serious irregularities, misuse of power, and failure to conduct timely elections.

M.Pharm, MS Pharm, MSc or Equivalent with specialization in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology or equivalent with specialization in Pharmacy, Life sciences, Biotechnology with hands on experience in cell culture studies. 

Masters in Pharmacy. Good knowledge of computers Experience Minimum 0-1 years experience in Medical Device Industry, Post Market Surveillance, Medical Devices, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs or Quality Management System.

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. OR Diploma in Pharmacy. Community candidates from HIV infected and affected as well as key communities. 

Degree in pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University, Institution. Registration with Pharmacy Council under Section- 12 of Pharmacy Act, 1948.

Chemistry, Bio analytical, Pharma, Biotechnology & any subject of allied science Discipline

The potential candidates may like to work in different laboratories of NIB such as diagnostic kits of various diseases, blood grouping reagents, plasma derived products, recombinant products, vaccines and therapeutic monoclonal antibodies etc. The aim of PDF programme is to develop professional skills in the field of quality control. The trained postdoctoral fellows would contribute towards the development of new biologicals. In a long-term this programme would help NIB and MOHFW in safeguarding the public health.
