Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and Two years experience as Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy after registration as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

Master degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, and Clinical Research. OR Pharm.D, MBBS, BDS from a recognised university, Institute. 

B.Pharm with minimum 01 year of experience OR D. Pharm with minimum 03 years experience. Experience in Dispensary, Pharmacy of the Hospital having minimum 200 beds. Candidate should be prepared to work in shift duties, including night shift. Registration with State Pharmacy Council with duly allotted Registration Number is mandatory. Experience of working on computerized system desirable.

B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute or Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. Min 03 years work experience. ECHS Polyclinic at Gagret Brahmpur, Distt Una and OIC Polyclinic Nawanshahr for period of one year
