ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga (Punjab, India), is an Autonomous College established in 1984. NAAC Accredited "A" Grade College. The College is running D. Pharm., B.Pharm, M. Pharm, (Six Branches) Pharm.D., PharmD (PB) and Doctorate of Pharmacy under the able leadership of Chairman, Shri Parveen Garg Ji. The institute is also recognized among Top 3 Best Pharmacy Institute in India (by AICTE-CII, New Delhi) consecutively for last 5 years, Best Pharmacy College in Punjab by Punjab Technical University for the year 2014 and Best Pharmacy Education Institute in Punjab (by AICTE-CMAI, New Delhi) for the year 2012-13.

The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who considered the institutions of scientific knowledge as temples of learning and the places of pilgrimage. The institute started in 1962 and Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru inaugurated the hospital now named “Nehru Hospital” on 7th July 1963.

The Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, with the mandate of development and promotion of Sports in the country. SAI’s main objective today is to achieve excellence in sports and train & prepare sportspersons to participate in international competitions. It has international standard sports infrastructure spread across the country along with trained coaches to achieve its objectives..

National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI) is an autonomous Institute under Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. NABI aims at catalysing the transformation of Agri-food sector in India by being a nodal organization for knowledge generation and translational science leading to value-added products based on Agri-Food biotech innovations for improved household nutritional security. Since its inception in 2010, NABI is involved in research activities for the Bio fortification, development of designer crops for improved nutrition, providing sustainable and novel solutions towards quality food and nutrition, and development of evidence based functional foods to counter malnutrition.

Food and nutritional Biotechnology division at NABI requires following research personnel purely on temporary basis.

Retired Armed Forces personnel till 2002 could avail medical facilities only for specific high cost surgery/treatment for a limited number of diseases covered under the Army Group Insurance(Medical Branch Scheme) (AGI(MBS)) and Armed Forces Group Insurance Scheme(Management Information System) (AFGIS (MIS)) schemes. These medicare schemes could provide some relief to the ESM, but it was not a comprehensive scheme as compared to and available for other Central Government Employees.
