Nutan Education Trust a trust founded by Shri J. R Patel - a man with exemplary vision. Pharmacy College Rampura-Kakanpur was a result of his deep-rooted convictions in the importance of quality education. Seven Hills College of Pharmacy (SHCP) was started in 2007 as an institution exclusively specialized in pharmacy education by Global Vision Educational &Welfare Society (Reg. No. 296/2005). Dr. Samuel George Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a non-minority college founded by Late Rev.Dr.Samuel George in 2001. The college offers M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics), M.Pharm(Pharmaceutical Analysis), M. Pharm (Pharmacology) and B.Pharm courses.  The college is fully furnished with all the amenities required for the students to reach their full potential. It is equipped with state of the art laboratories, evident in the award given by Nagarjuna University for “the best laboratories among the affiliated colleges”.

The Goa Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. The Commission advises the Government on all matters relating to State Civil Services referred to it under Article 320 (3) of the Constitution.  The requisitions from the Government are received in the form of proposals indicating number of vacancies in a particular post in a department or cadre and the mode of filling up the vacancies.
