To achieve the sales objective for the Area of operation in order to meet the business targets for the area in a given time frame. To achieve the activity objective by ensuring the compliance to the field process in order to build an orientation towards activity process among the team.

B. Pharma. /B.Sc. Biotech./B.Sc. Medicinal Chemistry/B.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry M.Pharma/M.Sc. Biotech /M.Sc. Medicinal Chemistry /M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry. To assist in preparation of purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. Follow up with suppliers in respect of timely supplies of products with respect to the issued purchase orders. 

Deep understanding of Pharma GMP testing industry and the testing requirements of Method Development and Validation, Trace analysis Nitrosamine, Elemental, Genotoxic, Related substances E&L Testing & Packaging testing.

Good Communication and presentation skill. To improve performance of Key focus brands and new products. Training and development of field force. New brand launches based on the overall business focus and strategy

MBA, PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Sales from a recognized University or Institute preferably with Biology background. 2 years experience in marketing.

B.Sc./ B.pharmacy graduate with MBA or equivalent qualification. Proven track record of leading a large, geographically diverse sales team, including at least 2 years of experience overseeing half of India with consistent performance, growth and positive P&L outcome.
