Job Description:
1. Execution of pilot batches of projects from PAI R & D
2. Execution of pilot batches of tech transfer projects from Chemagis
3. Preparation of GMP compliant documents like MFR, BMR, Tech transfer protocol and report, process validation protocol and report, handling deviations and necessary change controls, performing qualification and calibration of equipments and instruments, conducting on job training and training of SOPs, assisting in preparation of SOPs, conducting HAZOP of Plant and processes
4. Ensuring that all plant related activities are GMP compliant
5. Ensuring safety compliance during plant activities
Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be a chemical engineer/B. Sc.(Tech)( /M.Sc (Organic chemistry)with min 6-8 yrs of experience in API/Bulk drug industry, should have sound knowledge of process chemistry and different unit operations. He should also possess adequate knowledge of GMP relevant documentation requirement. Computer literacy is must. Experience in facing audits like USFDA/ISO/TGA is desired, also experience with control systems will be a desirable attribute.
