Job Description:
Responsible for driving growth of brand portfolio
• Managing Sales team dedicated to defined brands as a task force.
• Responsible for Sales and market share gain through strategic brand planning process driven by effective execution rigor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, training as well as manufacturing to  take assigned brands in new orbit
• Develop and implement innovative promotional programs to drive maximum yield from the potential market
• Implement innovative programs to expand the market potential as the portfolio gains significant share from existing market.
• Spearheading  brand performance and growth based on strong customer insight
• Focused efforts on KOL development to shape understanding of the disease area with the help of leading KOLs
• Tracking brand sales and advertising expenditure to achieve profitable growth
• Identify need gaps in the market place to augment the assigned portfolio of brands.

Candidate Profile:
Essential:
• B. Pharm / B.Sc. / M. Sc.
• MBA / PGDBA / MMS

Good knowledge of MS Powerpoint / MS excel is essential
Desirable:

• 3-5 year successful brand management experience
• Sales experience is desirable

• Good communication, behavioural and interpersonal skills – including proficiencies in written, verbal and presentation skills
