Job Description:
Ensuring cGMP in all aspects in respective areas.
Operating tablets machines like shifter, Multimill, FBD, RMG, Octagonal Blender and compression machine.
Operation of Equipments of Granulation Area (Sifter, R.M.G, F.B.D, Multimill, Blender,IR Drier).
Operation of Equipments of Dry Granulation Area (i.e. Roll Compactor, Oscillating Granulator).
Review of the Blend Records with respect to complete documentation, Yield and Reconciliation.
On line documentation (Batch Processing Records, Equipment Log books).
Operation, Cleaning, Change over and Maintenance of respective granulation equipments.
Communicating regarding requirements of working area to the respective shift in charge.
To operate the machine as per the SOP of respective machine and to take necessary safety precautions during the work.
To do the entries in records as per their respective SOP's.
Maintaining quality standards as per GMP standards.
Maintaining records and documents for audit purpose.
Desired Profile:
Should have minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.
Should be Graduate in Pharmacy/Diploma in Pharamacy/Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Should be good in documentation.
Well versed with GMP Practices.
Willing to work in Shifts.
