Job Description:
Drive product delivery by applying scientific know how of formulation development.
Champion cycle time improvement initiatives to reduce time to market, and deliver new products with improved robustness.
Build future capabilities (In context of portfolio choices) in key technologies.
Evaluate and adapt the latest technology in the work area to achieve cost / time / quality leadership.
Work on Novel Technologies in Formulation development.
Screen & identify new technologies and concepts on the basis of their business impact and potential value addition in the particular dosage form.
Build connection with renowned Professional bodies working in the related field along with strong collaborations with top Universities and Academia.
Work towards developing the technical capabilities of team though all available channels.
