Job Responsibilities
1.Ensures implementation of Dr.Reddy’s Way processes by field PSRs / ASMs / RSMs
2.Trains and helps field to use current IT solutions
3.Supports Line Managers by training and generating MIS from Unnati and Chaitanya
4.Ensures speedy redressal of any issues raised by the field, with the help of support team
my SAP CRM Implementation:
1.Be part of core team putting all specs in place for mySAP CRM
2.Takes part in the testing of the solution before deployment
3.Train core field users to create a team of trainers
4.Train field during pilot and rollout
Job Requirements
7 – 10 years of experience with at least 1 –2 yr as RSM. Exposure to cross-functional projects is desirable in a large
pharmaceutical company.
