Post: Training Manager

Job Description:
1. Responsible for training and development of international country-wise sales force on existing and new products range of the company including disease background and relevant anatomy and physiology.
2. Research and development of training material on product range ,soft skills and other competencies required to educate existing and new sales force on product knowledge in order to promote products adequately.
3. Work and closely interact with PM's on new product launches - to assist with marketing strategies/sales promotion programs
4. First line of research and development of training material, aimed at Product Managers, so that they are aware of the superiority (and short falls) of new entities, prior to embarking on a window dressing campaign to sell.
5. Planning and implementation of training programs globally in co-ordination with business managers, Country managers and PMT.
6. Evaluate training programs, curriculum, and corresponding training materials for sales force and management. Assessing the training on a continuous basis and update or alter according to the area of need.
7. Ongoing provision of updated Journal articles pertaining to development of relevant molecules to sales force.
8. Developing and conducting web based tests for sales force on periodic/monthly/quarterly basis
9. Keeping abreast of competitor activity and relaying this to Product Managers
10. Continued education of existing sales force for effective promoting and marketing of products with on-field joint working.
11. Handle medical queries from Pharmacists and Doctors to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
12. Organize, facilitate, and continually improve field training, meetings, and the deployment of new materials
13. Coordinate with HR to conduct up gradation programs such as Team Building, productivity, positive thinking process etc. from time to time.
14. Catalyse the mitigation of all HR matters related to the sales force for supporting performance management, assisting with training interventions and ensuring the effective resolution of employee relations issues.

Candidate Profile:
Min 2 year + experience as a Training Manager in pharmaceutical industry in the corporate environment + 4-5 years of on-field experience in reputed companies + 1-2 years in Product management in reputed pharma company.
