Post: Business Development Manager, Boston (UK)

Job Description:
• Contribute to the setting and evaluating of O2h strategies and objectives focused on expand our client base and develop new client’s relationships
• Develop, implement and evaluate business development strategies aligned with company requirements
• The individual will be required to grow our sales revenue and meet our sales goal.
• The individual will be required to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, and identify new opportunities with these existing customers
• Manage the collection and analysis of competitive market information
• Formulate marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and capacity
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives including the creation and/or refinement of promotional material
• Direct company sales force in the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
• Direct the development of new inquiries including resource estimates, pricing and quotations in collaboration with company program management staff
• Identify and promote opportunities for Oxygen Healthcare clients to extend business to other Oxygen group business offerings
• Liase with other groups within Oxygen Healthcare on business development matters
• Lead in the management of Business Development staff through contributing to activities such as recruitment, performance management and career development
• Conduct all activities on and off site in a safe and responsible manner

Desired Profile:
Qualification:
Masters in Medicinal Chemistry
Degree in business related discipline is an asset (e.g. MBA) with Medicinal background
Experience:
Business Development experience of 3-7 years in a chemical focused CRO
